Guests were willing to spend a little extra in exchange for getting rid of the wait time. The founders saw an opportunity to scale this business and also offer venues valuable patron information in return for their partnership.
The Unite guest app will allow users to browse available venues and make a VIP pass purchase. The Unite venue-side app is made for bouncers to verify passes and confirm guest entries. Bouncers can also track the number of guests, making sure to keep the guest count under the maximum capacity level, in compliance with fire safety codes. At the end of the night, the venue can view trends in guest counts over the hours and potentially use it for future marketing purposes.
